Surface abrasion resistance for glazed tiles

The PEI abrasimeter determines the abrasion resistance of glazed tiles, according to the reference standard UNI EN ISO 10545-7.
Instrumental characteristics
The sample is blocked with a special support containing an abrasive charge composed of calibrated steel balls, distilled water and corundum on a tangentially rotating and oscillating plate. Specimen dimensions: minimum 11 × 11 cm – maximum 12 × 12 cm – Manufacturer Gabrielli W1.
