The Conference includes a main session, satellite symposia and some special events.

2) a satellite symposium on “Magnetic Nanomaterials for Biomedical Applications”

3.1) European Commission Forum: dedicated to current projects financed by E.U. on the topics of the Conference;
3.2) research Ideas for the market: proposals of new start-up, contest and prize;
3.3) some special workshops organized by Companies dealing with Materials in Medicine.
3.4) Young Researcher Competition: PhD students and early stage Postdocs (within 3 years from the PhD) are eligible for the awards during the Conference MiMe

ii) Best poster
iii) Competition of Innovative ideas: the best innovative big ideas in the field of materials for medicine, and related issues on bio-technology and bio-medicine.
The event aims at encouraging talent young yesearchers towards “research ideas at the frontiers of Knowledge” and/or to identify collaborative routes with business and local communities on innovative projects dealing with materials for medicine.
