Materials for extreme applications
Researcher at CNR-ISSMC since 2013, specializing in ferroelectric, ferromagnetic, and magnetoelectric ceramics, as well as the mechanical characterization of fiber-reinforced ceramic composites for extreme environments above 2000 °C, with applications in aerospace, defense, and nuclear fusion energy production. He is actively engaged in science outreach activities. He earned both his Master’s and Doctoral degrees magna cum laude in Materials Science from the Polytechnic of Torino, receiving both “Quality Awards” for excellence in doctoral research.
